We offer free standard delivery across Pakistan. There is no standard delivery fee for orders placed through our website.

Our estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote destinations, courier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order for an eligible product that is unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition, together with proof of purchase. Please contact us through the Contact Us page before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Do not dispatch a return without receiving instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through the Contact Us page, providing your order number and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will inform you of its eligibility and the applicable refund method. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return courier fee.
