Orders and product information
Product descriptions, availability and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. We aim to keep details accurate, but may correct genuine errors. Submitting an order is a request to purchase; we may contact you to confirm order and delivery information. If an item cannot be supplied, we will inform you and explain the available options.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable charges or taxes will be shown during checkout as required. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available; do not transfer funds using details sent through an unofficial channel. Payment processing by third-party providers may also be subject to their terms.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan only, with free standard shipping across Pakistan and an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date; courier disruptions, remote locations, holidays or incorrect address information may cause delays. Please provide correct and complete delivery details.
Returns, damaged items and refunds
Eligible unopened and unused products in original sealed packaging may be requested for return within 14 calendar days after delivery, with proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any return. For a damaged, defective or incorrect order, contact us promptly with order details and supporting photographs where helpful. Return eligibility, instructions and any applicable refund arrangements are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
